We’ve all hit bad shots and had bad rounds when we didn’t appreciate all the great parts of golf. That could mean taking in the landscape or enjoying the feeling when you catch one well, or it could mean…

Technology! When you take a step back and look at what you’re holding – or could be holding – in your hands, it’s actually pretty amazing. Bushnell leads the way in that field, with years of outstanding technological performance in its distance-measuring devices, and that’s been taken even further this year.

Starting with the GPS products, the Phantom 2 handheld device, which was already considered top-of-the-range, has been taken to another level with a new Phantom 2 Slope version; taking into account incline & decline when giving you yardages. That means even more accuracy and no stone left unturned. This has to be turned off during tournament play (which is easily done), although it helps you build up a picture of how different slopes change yardages so you can make better judgements during tournaments.

On top of that, Bushnell took its brilliant ION Edge GPS watch and made it that much better in the new ION Elite watch. How? Well… along with all the excellent features of the Edge, the brilliant touchscreen display appears in full colour in the brand-new Elite version, while you also have the option of slope-compensated distances for even more accuracy. All that comes in an even sleeker, sharper-looking package that’s incredibly easy to use.

In all honesty, we can’t get across how great these are in words or pictures… you really have to come and experience them in the pro shop. We’ll be happy to talk you through the latest tech and hopefully open your eyes to how lucky we are having this technology available to us!
